A few issues detracted from the experience. The bathtub felt quite small for a suite, and the air conditioning system was challenging. the temperature fluctuated dramatically from one side of the room to the other, causing discomfort. Minor maintenance glitches like one non-functioning TV remote and a slow-draining tub put a damper on an otherwise solid stay. The fitness center left something to be desired, with only one working treadmill and minimal equipment, not to mention the unreliable lighting that caused some distractions during workouts. Lastly, the pool area needed attention, as it had some grime around the edges, which felt uninviting.

I truly enjoyed the welcoming atmosphere of this hotel. The common areas were beautifully decorated and very accessible for seniors, with ample seating and well-placed elevators. The staff also made me feel right at home throughout my stay.
Wish the dining area was larger for breakfast.

We had an amazing time during our two weekend stays! The beds were super comfy, making for the best sleep ever, and the washcloth swan was such a cute touch. Plus, the breakfast was absolutely delicious, especially the oatmeal toppings! I'll definitely be back next time we're in town.

The customer service was really good. The front desk staff went out of their way to help me out when I needed a last-minute room.
It was a bit pricey but reasonable for what I got.

The welcoming atmosphere and beautiful decorations made me feel right at home, especially with the accessible seating throughout the lobby. It's a rare find to have an elegant space suit seniors so well!
A larger dining area would be appreciated.

The hotel is perfectly situated for a family trip, just a short drive to the Seymour Golf Course and Muscatatuck National Wildlife Refuge. We enjoyed the spacious Queen Room, and the kids loved the warm pool. The breakfast was also a hit, with fresh fruit and yummy omelets.
In my wife's opinion, the bathroom fixtures could use some updates.

The hotel had a welcoming feel, and I appreciated the friendly service at check-in. The breakfast staff, particularly Misty, stood out with her genuine hospitality. She made sure my husband got a special bowl of oatmeal when there was an issue with the warmer. The breakfast itself was decent, offering a good variety. The room was spacious, but a bit outdated. I expected a walk-in shower but found a low tub instead. The housekeeping service could use more attention. our bathroom faucet had issues, and the tub drain didn't function well. I also dealt with a TV remote that wasn’t working upon arrival, causing initial frustration. Overall, there were conveniences like late checkout and being placed near family, which were nice touches.
